Diesel Heater Error Codes E01–E11 Explained (E01–E10 Video Walkthrough)
A complete troubleshooting guide for Sunster smart diesel air heaters. Watch the per-code fix videos for E01–E10, then check the table for E11 (CO) safety actions.
Sunster Smart Models · 2026 (WiFi / 4G / Bluetooth)
All Sunster smart heaters use a Controller Unit (panel/keypad or LCD). The E01–E10 videos below demonstrate fixes on A2200B / A2209 as reference examples — the same fault logic also applies to other Sunster air heater models not listed individually here. The only exception is the S-DZ06 LCD Bluetooth controller, which uses its own code map and is not covered by these videos. E11 (CO) always follows the safety rules below.

Important Safety & Installation Notes
CO Safety (E11): If you see E11, the environment has dangerous CO levels. Open windows/doors, turn off the heater, and evacuate. Never run a diesel heater in a sealed sleeping area without external exhaust and a CO alarm.
Electrical Safety (E03): Verify battery health and wiring gauge. Poor 12V/24V connections cause repeated faults — use a multimeter to confirm.
Airflow (E09): Overheat usually means intake or exhaust pipe is blocked. Keep combustion air clean and the outlet duct clear.
