Orders are processed within 24 hours during business days. If your order has not been processed for an extended time, please contact us at cs@sunster.tech for assistance with shipping-related questions.

Q2.2 In which countries/regions can I purchase Sunster products?

You can currently purchase Sunster products in the United States and Europe.

Q2.3 Why haven’t I received my package?

Delivery times may be delayed due to weather, holidays, or if the address is in a suburban or remote area. For further assistance, please reach out to us at cs@sunster.tech.

Q3.1 Can I cancel or make changes to an order?

Please contact Customer Support at cs@sunster.tech for help with canceling or modifying an order.

Q3.2 How can I change the shipping address?

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible to update it. Note: Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

Q3.3 I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We strive to deliver all items in your order at the same time. However, different shipping methods may result in separate deliveries. You will receive a shipping notification email for each shipment.

Q3.4 What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
