Order Processing Time
- It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
- Generally, orders are shipped within 1 working day of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
- Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

A few orders will take 15-30 business days due to restocking.
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
If the package does not arrive on time, please send an email to cs@sunster.tech We will give a reasonable solution based on the specific reasons for the shipping delay.

2. How to change shipping address?
If you placed you order with a wrong address, please contact us to help you to change as soon as possible. Please kindly note that you can only change the address before your purchase is shipped.
3. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped,you will receive a shipment notification email.
4. What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact Customer Support at cs@sunster.tech. We may request pictures in order to file a damage claim on your behalf. Example: a picture of the box and/or damaged item(s).
5. What do I do if I did not receive my order?
In the event, you did not receive your order or if the tracking information states 'DELIVERED' and you have not received the order, please contact Customer Support at cs@sunster.tech
