Return & Refund Policy



At Sunster, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Please note: requests made after 30 days from receipt will not be accepted. Kindly contact us at sunster@sunster.tech to initiate the process.


Return & Exchange Conditions

  1. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  2. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  3. All items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  4. Customers must use a shipping method with tracking information when returning items.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items on sale or gift cards.
  • Items damaged or lost due to customer mishandling.

General Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return
    Email us at sunster@sunster.tech with your order number, photos, and/or videos of the item(s). Our team will assess your request and respond within two business days.

  2. Ship the Item Back
    If approved, we’ll provide the return address and detailed shipping instructions.
    Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. We recommend using a tracked and signed-for shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

  3. Refund or Exchange
    Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund as requested.


Return Charges

  • Our Fault (e.g., incorrect or defective items): Full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Customer Preference (e.g., wrong size, changed mind): Customer bears the return shipping cost.
    Note: No restocking fees will be charged.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days after the return inspection.
If you do not see the refund within this timeframe:

  1. Recheck your bank or card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider for updates.
  3. If the issue persists, email us at sunster@sunster.tech.

Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before the item ships. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Full refunds will be issued for unshipped orders.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped.
