Return & Refund Policy

At Sunster, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

✅How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at cs@sunster.tech with your order number and photos/videos of the item.Our team will assess your request and respond within two business days.
  2. Wait for Approval: Do not send items back without our confirmation. Once approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
  3. Ship It Back: Send the item using a trackable shipping service. We recommend using a shipping method with signature confirmation, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
  4. Refund 
    Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. 

Non-returnable items:

  • Items damaged or lost due to customer mishandling.

↩️ Shipping Costs:

  • Defective/Wrong Item:We pay.
  • Changed Mind/Wrong Size:You pay

💰 Refunds 

  • Issued to your original payment method within 2-3 business days after we receive the item.

 🕒Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before the item ships. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Full refunds will be issued for unshipped orders.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped.
