1. Handling & Shipping Time
- Handling Time: Most orders are processed within 48 hours during standard business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Shipping Time: Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days once shipped.
- Note: A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as the shipment is ready. Delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or holidays.

3. Tax & Import Duties (Updated)
We offer a clear and customer-friendly customs and tax policy depending on your location and the shipping method used:

Shipped from China (Direct Routes): For orders fulfilled directly from our factory/warehouse in China, we utilize specialized DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) logistics lines. Customers DO NOT need to handle customs clearance or pay any additional import taxes.

EU Countries Destination: For all shipments delivered to European Union member states, all customs duties and VAT are fully covered by Sunster. Customers DO NOT need to worry about any hidden tax clearance procedures.
- Non-EU Countries Destination (e.g., Norway, etc.): For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (which do not share EU customs agreements), customers are fully responsible for local import customs clearance and any applicable taxes or tariffs under local laws. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
4. Pallet Orders Notice
For large or heavy items (such as vehicle air conditioners) that require palletized LTL freight shipping:
- Please keep the pallet and original packaging materials intact for potential returns or warranty verification.
- No address changes or rerouting can be processed once the pallet order has left our warehouse.
- The freight carrier will call you to schedule a specific delivery window. Please ensure your phone number provided at checkout is valid and reachable.
- A recipient must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery. If the carrier cannot contact you, additional storage or redelivery fees may apply.
