The Sunster S-DZ06 brings a color display, physical controls and Bluetooth connectivity to compatible diesel heater setups. Whether you are replacing a control panel or choosing a controller-and-mainboard kit, matching the components matters.
Install Sunster Neo app, Not the Sunster App
The DZ06 controller uses the Sunster Neo app. It does not use the Sunster App.
Do not choose an app based only on the Sunster brand name on your heater. Check the controller model and follow the app download and pairing instructions supplied with your specific DZ06 kit.

01 / Meet the S-DZ06 Controller
The S-DZ06 is a 12V/24V diesel heater controller with a 2.4-inch TFT color display and five-button operation. Its back-clip mounting and three-wire serial interface should be checked against your existing installation before ordering.

These are controller features. App controls can depend on your hardware and firmware; do not assume every panel setting has an identical app control.
02 / How the A322 Mainboard Fits In
The controller is the interface you use. The mainboard is the control electronics inside the heater. They must work together as a compatible system.
The A322 12V/24V mainboard is listed as compatible with the S-DZ06 controller. A dedicated S-DZ06 and A322 set is also available.
Matching voltage or heater power alone does not prove compatibility. Check the heater model, existing mainboard, wiring connectors and controller communication requirements before replacing parts.
Have your heater model, power supply voltage, a photo of the current controller and photos of the mainboard connections ready. Contact Sunster if you are unsure which components you need.

04 / Preparing for Sunster Neo app Setup
Confirm that your controller is the DZ06, then install Sunster Neo app following your product documentation. Enable Bluetooth and follow the permissions and pairing instructions requested by the app and manual.
Pair with your own heater and confirm its status is displayed correctly before relying on app control. If pairing fails, check the app name and hardware model first.
This is a Bluetooth setup. Do not assume Wi-Fi, cellular or unlimited-distance control unless your specific product documentation explicitly includes it.
05 / Installation and Settings
Follow the installation instructions for your exact heater and kit. Disconnect the electrical supply before replacing the controller, wiring or mainboard. If you are unsure about the connections, seek qualified installation support.
The DZ06 provides access to advanced ignition, fuel and airflow settings. These are not general comfort adjustments. Do not copy settings from a different heater or change them without model-specific guidance.
The current controller listing describes ventilation and boost-heating modes as future additions, not available features. Temperature compensation is listed as unsupported. Review the latest product information before ordering.
