This complete upgrade kit moves your diesel air heater from one bound motor to Sunster's dual-brushless architecture — one brushless motor feeds clean, measured air to the combustion chamber, the other drives warm air into your space. Each spins at exactly the speed it needs.
Why “Dual Brushless” Changes Everything
Traditional small diesel air heaters use a single brushed motor with a dual-shaft design — one shaft drives combustion air, the other drives cabin heat. Locked together, the heat fan can never run at the speed it actually needs. That's where the familiar compromises come from: unstable airflow, annoying ticking, sluggish step-downs, and carbon buildup in the combustion chamber.
Independent Motors, Independent Control
Each fan gets its own brushless motor and its own control channel. They work together, but they no longer get in each other's way.
